NEWS, --'सोनिया के इशारे पर जमीन की लीज हुई रद्द'

साधुपुल में पतंजलि योगपीठ की जमीन वापस लेने पर वीरभद्र सरकार से तनातनी के बीच सोलन पहुंचे बाबा रामदेव ने गांधी परिवार पर निशाना साधा। उन्होंने कहा कि सोनिया गांधी के इशारे पर जमीन की लीज रद्द की गई है। इसमें मुख्यमंत्री वीरभद्र सिंह की गलती नहीं है, उन पर केंद्र का दबाव था। जमीन मामले में मुख्यमंत्री ने कोई अभद्र टिप्पणी भी नहीं की है।

बुधवार को सोलन आए रामदेव ने भारी भीड़ के बीच ओपन जीप में कार्यक्रम स्‍थल तक पहुंचकर शक्ति प्रदर्शन भी किया। सनातन धर्म सभा हाल में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में बाबा रामदेव ने राहुल गांधी पर टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस की स्थापना एओ ह्यूम ने की और अब सरकार चला रही है विदेशी महिला। ऐसे में कांग्रेस में भारत की डीएनए नहीं है। बालक कभी-कभी नादानी भरी बातें कर देता है।

उन्होंने कहा कि हिमाचल में बाबा अपनी ताकत दिखाने नहीं आए। वो जनता की ताकत और चाहत दिखाने आए हैं। अब यूपीए अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी और कांग्रेस आलाकमान के पेट में तकलीफ क्यों हो रही है? उन्होंने सोनिया को मंच से कपाल भाती करने की सलाह तक दे डाली। बोले, उनकी लड़ाई मरते दम तक जारी रहेगी।

हिमाचल के लोगों की जमीन में हिमाचल के लोगों को रोजगार और उनका हक दिला कर रहेंगे। उन्होंने बोफोर्स और हेलीकाप्टर घोटाले पर केंद्र सरकार को घेरा। इस दौरान आचार्य बालकृष्ण ने कहा कि तमाम औपचारिकताएं पूरी करने के बाद नियमानुसार ही साधुपुल की जमीन लीज पर ली गई है। वे भारतीय हैं और मरते दम तक भारत की सेवा करते रहेंगे।

बारिश के कारण बदला स्थल
बाबा रामदेव का कार्यक्रम ऐतिहासिक ठोडो ग्राउंड में होना था। लेकिन बारिश के कारण उनका कार्यक्रम सनातन धर्मसभा के हाल में हुआ। खचाखच भरे हाल में रामदेव का भाषण लाइव टीवी स्क्रीन पर दिखाया गया। परवाणू से लेकर सोलन तक बाबा जगह जगह भाषण देते हुए शक्ति प्रदर्शन के साथ आयोजन स्थल तक पहुंचे।

न बाबा न सरकार, यथास्थिति बरकरार
हिमाचल हाईकोर्ट ने सरकार द्वारा पतंजलि योग पीठ ट्रस्ट की लीज रद्द करने के मामले में विवादित भूमि की नेचर और कब्जे पर यथास्थिति बनाए रखने के आदेश दिए हैं। हाईकोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार को भी ट्रस्ट की ओर से किए गए निर्माण कार्य को न गिराने के अंतरिम आदेश दिए हैं।

न्यायाधीश दीपक गुप्ता और न्यायाधीश कुलदीप सिंह की खंडपीठ ने पतंजलि योग पीठ द्वारा दायर याचिका की सुनवाई के पश्चात सरकार को नोटिस जारी कर चार सप्ताह में जवाब देने को कहा है। पतंजलि योग पीठ ने साधुपुल के समीप दी गई भूमि की लीज रद्द कर संपत्ति को प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा कब्जे में लिए जाने को चुनौती दी है।

फैसले को निरस्त करने की मांग
याचिका में आरोप लगाया गया है कि सरकार ने एक तरफा कार्रवाई कर लीज पर दी गई 96.2 बीघा जमीन गैर कानूनी ढंग से अपने कब्जे में ली है। ट्रस्ट की लीज रद्द करने से पहले सरकार ने न कोई नोटिस दिया और न ही ट्रांसफर ऑफ प्रापर्टी एक्ट के प्रावधानों का पालन किया।

याचिका में दलील दी गई है कि लीज एक पंजीकृत दस्तावेज है जिसे सिर्फ न्यायिक आदेश से ही खारिज किया जा सकता है, न कि प्रशासनिक आदेश से। याचिका में यह भी दलील दी गई है कि ट्रस्ट ने इस भूमि पर लगभग 11 करोड़ रुपये का निर्माण कार्य पूरा कर लिया है।

याचिकाकर्ता के अनुसार ट्रस्ट ने यह भूमि 17,31,214 रुपये की अदायगी के बाद 99 साल की लीज पर 2 फरवरी 2010 को ली थी। याचिका में हाईकोर्ट से आग्रह किया गया है कि सरकार के लीज रद्द करने वाले फैसले को निरस्त किया जाए। मामले की आगामी सुनवाई अब 24 अप्रैल को होगी।

NEWS, India set to launch seven satellites

India is set to put into orbit seven satellites in a single mission, the country's space agency says.

They include a satellite built in collaboration with France which will study the world's oceans.

It will carry two climate tools developed for analysing ocean current and sea surface heights by the French space agency CNES, reports say.

The satellites will be launched from Sriharikota in southern Andhra Pradesh state later on Monday.

The six other satellites include two each from Canada and Austria and one each from Denmark and Britain.

This is the 23rd mission for India's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) - a seven-storey-high, 230 tonne rocket.

A rehearsal launch from Sriharikota island has been "completed satisfactorily".

India plans up to 10 space missions this year and announced plans for an unmanned voyage to Mars.

In 2008 India successfully launched 10 satellites in a single mission, boosting its capabilities in space.

The country's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) rocket has so far successfully launched over 50 satellites in space.

Correspondents say India is emerging as a major player in the multi-billion dollar space market.

On the morning of Wednesday 6^th February 2013 Shri Narendra Modi met Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh at 7, Race Course Road in New Delhi. Shri Modi described the meeting as a very good one and added that the Prime Minister congratulated him on forming the Government for the 4^thconsecutive time. Shri Modi said that he submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister and discussed pending projects with the Prime Minister.

Shri Modi raised the issue of the Sardar Sarovar Dam with the Prime Minister. He also raised the issue of gas prices with the Prime Minister. “The prices at which Delhi gets gas, Gujarat does not. We went to Court and won but it has been 6 months and the Centre has not been adhering to the guidelines. We gave a contempt petition as well” and added, “Gujarat should get gas on the same rate as Delhi and Mumbai. The Centre went to the Supreme Court as well to delay. I expressed my unhappiness.”

The Chief Minister said that the Prime Minister assured him that he will look into these issues and will extend all help possible.

Shri Modi is in New Delhi to deliver the Shri Ram Memorial Oration at Delhi University’s prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC). Shri Modi was invited as the speaker to deliver this oration after 80% of the youngsters expressed their preference to hear Shri Modi over other speakers including Cabinet Ministers and captains of industry.
